Blended with skin loving organic extracts and oils, the hydrating pure powder foundation feels luxuriously creamy to the touch and leaves skin soft and velvety smooth. The ultra-fine milled powder glides effortlessly onto the skin to minimize the appearance of redness, even out discolorations and keep skin feeling nourished and balanced throughout the day. Free of Titanium Dioxide (which leaves a mask-like finish when formulated into powder foundations), VELLUTO feels light-as-air and provides full but natural looking coverage that doesn’t dry, crumble or settle into fine lines throughout the day. It’s also free of skin irritating Bismuth Oxychloride, which often causes itchiness, and other nasty ingredients, such as nanoparticles and talc. VELLUTO is formulated with shades that are multidimensional and not at all “flat.” Designed with a unique blend of colors to fit the varying undertones of different ethnic skin tones, most women from around the globe will be able to find a shade that will become a perfect match. It’s also perfect for blending or using two shades to create the most natural looking contours to accent your features. Tap a small amount of the foundation powder into the cap, gently dip the flat top brush and swirl gently to evenly distribute. Lightly dust VELLUTO over the face and neck using long strokes.
